ipo-header[1]Dr. Martin Svatoš, Ph.D. has been elected as one of the seven board members of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange, while Dr. Vit Horacek has been appointed as the president of said arbitration court.

The Arbitration Court of the Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno  was established on the 1st January 1996 by the Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno on the basis of the provisions of Act No. 216/1994 Coll. On Arbitration Proceedings and on Enforcement of Arbitral Awards and § 28 of Act No. 229/1992 Coll. On Commodity Exchanges.

The Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (CMKBK) has been in operation for two decades in the Czech Republic as an organiser of Stock Markets for energy, industrial and agricultural commodities. It represents a central market place for trading in electricity and natural gas to end customers and as a central market place for trading in timber.
